  • November to December 2016: Provided consultancy services to the Ministry of Education (Kenya) to school head teachers and Boards of Management (BOM) of underperforming primary schools to develop school Improvement Plans (SIPs). In charge Nandi County. Responsibilities included training of school facilitators who were tasked with training the BOM members and overseeing the development of SIPs at the school level.
