TENDER NOTICE

Egerton University had invited bidders via tender notice published on the Public Procurement Information Portal website https://www.tenders.go.ke and on the University website,  https://www.egerton.ac.ke dated 16^th September, 2024 for the tender stated below:

Tendering will be conducted under Open Tender method using standardized tender documents can be obtained by downloading from Egerton University’s website: www.egerton.ac.ke  or from the Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) website: www.tenders.go.ke.

Any request for clarifications must be made in writing at least Three (3) days prior to the tender closing date. All Clarifications and addendums will be posted to Egerton University website and to the Public Procurement Information Portal.

Submission of original tender document (including attachments) properly TAPE BOUND and paginated in the correct sequence and in the format of 1of n, 2 of n, 3of n… N where N is the last page of the submitted tender document NB: Spiral Binding and use of spring or Box Files will not be allowed and will be considered as non-responsive.

Completed tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender number and the name be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the Procurement Department building Ground Floor Njoro Campus along Njoro-Mau Narok road and addressed to:

P.O BOX 536-20115, EGERTON-KENYA

To be received on or before 25^th September, 2024 at 11.00 a.m. and placed in the Tender Box at the Procurement Department, Njoro Campus.

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the interested tenderers and designated Egerton University representatives at the Procurement Department Boardroom located at the Ground floor or as may be advised. Late submissions of bids will not be accepted.
