NOTE:

  • For those reporting for examinations, the student portal will close one week to the start of the examinations. Only students with examination cards will be allowed to sit for examinations. For those reporting for continuation of learning, the student portal will strictly close in the 5th week of the semester/session. All students are required to clear their fee balances and register for courses before the closure of the portal.

  • Allocation of rooms in our halls of residence at the Njoro Campus will be on a first-come-first serve basis upon clearance of fee balances and payment of accommodation fees for Semester II (2017 and 2018 cohorts) and Semester I (2019 cohort).
