The Council at its 192 meeting held on 25th September 2023 resolved that:
- All students who have pending failed courses (Fs) will have to clear them before they can proceed to the next level of study.
- To clear the pending failed courses, the student shall retake the failed courses ONLY when they are on offer.
- Where the timetable allows, a student may register for units offered in any given semester from different levels of study upto a maximum of 30 CFs.
- Such students shall pay Administrative charges and pro-rated tuition fees at a rate of:
- 16,000/- for government sponsored students.
(ii) Applicable tuition fees for Module II students.
Note:
- The pro-rating of tuition fees will be based on the number of courses the student will be retaking.
- Retake Application Forms are to be picked from the respective Faculties.
- Any student who is on deferment and has pending failed courses shall not proceed to the next level upon resumption until all the Fs are cleared.
