Egerton University envisions to be a World Class University for the advancement of humanity. In line with this, the Division of Academic Affairs has organized a virtual Open forum with the 44th Graduation graduates which will be held on Tuesday, 21st December 2021 starting at 10.00 am. This is an initial forum organized by the University to receive feedback from graduates about their experiences at Egerton University. The feedback will inform strategies towards continuous improvement in service delivery to our clients.

Egerton University wishes to inform the public that it will hold its 44th Graduation Ceremony on Friday 17 December 2021. The event will take place at the Graduation Square, Main Campus, Njoro, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.The virtual activities will be streamed live as follows:

Following the interview process carried out by the Public Service Commission (PSC) and after consultation with the Cabinet Secretary for Education, in exercise of the provisions of Section 35(1)(a)(v) of the Universities Act, 2012, we, the Egerton University Council, have on this 5th Day of October 2021 appointed Prof. Isaac Ongubo Kibwage, HSC as the new Vice-Chancellor of Egerton University.

Reference is made to our notice dated 22nd April 2021 on online classes for the semesters under reference that began on Monday 26th April 2021 and suspended on 10th May 2021 to allow for Semester examinations.  This is to inform all Academic staff and Students that the classes will resume on 8th June 2021 for completion of the Semester as follows:
