Egerton University envisions to be a World Class University for the advancement of humanity. In line with this, the Division of Academic Affairs has organized a virtual Open forum with the 44^th Graduation graduates which will be held on Tuesday, 21^st December 2021 starting at 10.00 am. This is an initial forum organized by the University to receive feedback from graduates about their experiences at Egerton University. The feedback will inform strategies towards continuous improvement in service delivery to our clients.

Following the interview process carried out by the Public Service Commission (PSC) and after consultation with the Cabinet Secretary for Education, in exercise of the provisions of Section 35(1)(a)(v) of the Universities Act, 2012, we, the Egerton University Council, have on this 5th Day of October 2021 appointed Prof. Isaac Ongubo Kibwage, HSC as the new Vice-Chancellor of Egerton University.

Call for Papers for the 13th Egerton University International Conference. The theme of the conference is "Innovation, Research and Transformation for Sustainable Development'. A virtual conference has been organized to take place on 24^th to 26^th November, 2020 via Zoom, in six sessions.

Following a decision by the Government to re-open Universities on 5^th October 2020, the University has embarked on various preparatory activities in line with the guidelines set by the Ministry of Health to combat the COVID-19 pandemic.

This is to infor first years (2020/2021) who were to report on 13th August 2020 that registration, reporting, orientation and learning will be through the VIRTUAL PLATFORM. There will be NO PHYSICAL REPORTING to Egerton University.

Egerton University will hold its 42^nd Graduation ceremony through virtual platform on 31^st July 2020. To ensure a smooth graduation process and enhance accuracy and speed of processing of certificates, the prospective graduands are requested to observe the following and strictly adhere to the specified deadlines.

This is to inform all students (including Y2 and Y3) that the University is in the process of preparing for e-learning which requires updating of records. You are therefore required to visit verify.egerton.ac.ke to update your records. This process should be completed by 5^th June 2020. Following our notice dated 22nd May 2020 regarding updating of records and online registration, this is to inform you that the University will start offering online classes from Monday 6th July 2020.
